Service Scope and Routes

VPNSL provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes cover 110+ countries / 190+ routes. The available regions, route types, and connection status are shown in the service interface. Your connection experience may vary depending on the destination, access network, and time of use. Coverage does not mean every route performs the same in every situation.

Service delivery is based on the subscription information in your account. Obtain clients and import subscriptions through the links in the user panel. Keep your account credentials and subscription information secure, and do not post them on public pages. VPNSL may maintain, adjust, or replace routes to keep the service running normally.

Accounts, Subscriptions and Devices

No email address is required to create an account; you can register with a username and password. Account holders must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription use under their account. If you notice unusual account or subscription activity, update your credentials promptly and report it through the ticket system in the user panel.

VPNSL allows an unlimited number of devices to be online simultaneously. This is a device connection rule, not permission to resell, publicly distribute subscription information, or provide commercial sharing services to third parties. Do not transfer your account or subscription as a separate product or expand its use by sharing links publicly.

Monthly subscriptions include options of ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages include options of ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Check the subscription details shown in your account before choosing a plan.

Acceptable Use

When using VPNSL, you must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and at your access destination. You are responsible for confirming that the content you access and your specific use comply with applicable requirements. Do not use the service for illegal activities, to infringe on others' rights, or to disrupt routes, clients, or other users' normal use.

Do not attempt to access another person's account without authorization, probe or damage service infrastructure, or occupy resources in bulk in a way that disrupts normal route operation. VPNSL may review account activity and take action under these terms if a breach is suspected. Responsibility for lawful use of the service remains with the actual user.

Service Availability and Scope of Liability

Cross-border connections depend on local networks, destination services, and the links along the route. Maintenance, network faults, changes to destination service policies, and other circumstances outside VPNSL's control may make routes temporarily unavailable or affect performance. VPNSL maintains and adjusts routes as appropriate, but does not guarantee specific access results, a fixed connection speed, or continuous availability.

Check your connection status before important tasks and keep backups of important information. For issues caused by your device, access network, destination service, or failure to protect account credentials, first check the relevant component. Within the scope of applicable law, VPNSL will meet its obligations related to this service in proportion to its actual responsibility. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Closure and Changes to These Terms

You may stop using the service and submit account-related requests through the user panel. If an account is used for illegal purposes, subscription resale, public distribution of subscription information, or ongoing disruption of service operations, VPNSL may restrict the relevant use, suspend service, or close the account as appropriate. Any action will take into account the nature of the conduct and service security needs.

VPNSL may revise these terms in response to changes in the service, operational arrangements, or applicable rules. Revisions will be posted on the website with the month of update indicated. Review the latest version before continuing to use the service. If you have questions about a change, submit them through the ticket system in the user panel.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit an order-related request through the ticket system in the user panel so your account and payment records can be checked. Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Refund processing is based on the payment record for the relevant order.

A refund request does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable law. To check your order status or request progress, review the relevant records in the user panel or submit a ticket. Apart from the refund commitment expressly stated in these terms, refer to the order and subscription information shown in your account.
